CVEalert.io supports OWASP Czech Chapter in Brno
We sponsored the event, helping bring the local security community together.
CVEalert.io helped organize the OWASP Czech Chapter meetup in Brno to bring the local application security community together. Since we are also based in Brno, this community matters to us, and we wanted to give back.
The OWASP meetup was held at Mendel University on June 30th, 2026. There were two talks: the first covered JA3 and JA4+ hashes, and the second looked at how LLMs can be used for vulnerability research.
With the heatwave currently going on in Europe, attendance was not that big. On the other hand, the smaller event felt more friendly and personal. We were responsible for catering and engaging with the community, answering plenty of questions about the service.
We also made several custom stickers and fridge magnets to give away for free. Thank you to everyone who attended. We are looking forward to seeing you at the next one :)
